Arrow Global’s business
Arrow Global, founded in 2005 and headquartered in the United Kingdom, is a leading European vertically integrated alternative asset management company, specialized in credit and real estate.
It identifies, acquires and manages secured and unsecured loan portfolios, as well as real estate assets essentially from banks and financial institutions. The Arrow Global Group’s business is regulated in several of the eight European countries where it is present, and it currently has €125 billion under management and more than 4,700 employees.
Since 2020, the Group’s asset acquisitions have been carried out through an Investment Funds area, which has been dedicated to investing not only in Credit and Real Estate, but also in Hospitality and Tourism.

Since 2007, we have been consolidating our presence in Portugal, with a base of relationships and contacts that allows us to detect business opportunities, identify the right investors for each transaction and, through the most appropriate platform, be it credit, real estate or hospitality, support them in the respective underwriting.
We have unique capabilities for consulting and developing business plans, due diligence evaluations, structuring, among others, based on in-depth knowledge of the market.
We also have a highly qualified team with experience and technical knowledge in the different sectors in which we operate, which allows us to provide a complete service to our Investors, Partners and Clients.
Market coverage
We operate in different business areas, from NPLs – Non Performing Loans, credit securitization, real estate investment and management, management of real estate investment funds and SICAFIs, company restructuring, management of hotel, sports and leisure assets. This know-how allows us to develop business between different sectors, which significantly boosts our investments.
The Group’s business model is characterized by the autonomous management of each platform, which benefits from a transversal structure of common services. Additionally it allows for a highly efficient level of integration and a permanent focus on the objectives of our stakeholders.
Execution Capacity
We have a strong presence in the country, with more than 2,000 professionals integrated into the different companies, representing an accumulation of experience and execution capacity that is virtually unique.
Since the Group established itself in Portugal, it has been involved in multiple transactions, channeling more than €2 billion of investment into Portugal. This track record is why we are often asked to carry out transactions with strict deadlines or high complexity and which require transversal skills between the different business segments in which we are involved.
Added Value
We have the technical and commercial capacity to add value to our investors through our consolidated presence in the country and our local knowledge. In addition, we have know-how of teams that have witnessed different economic cycles.
Through our credit-focused companies, Whitestar and Restart Capital, we help investors access real estate assets in complex credit, insolvency or other similar situations.
The Norfin Group operates along the entire value chain of the real estate sector – from conception to completion and sale or operation of the property – in all sectors of activity, including the hotel sector, identifying unfinished or under-productive hotels and supporting the management of the operation carried out by Details Hotels & Resorts. This ability to act within segments generates added value for our clients and sets us apart from the competition.
